Otherwise, I was working on huge IT and business transformation (BSS) projects to deliver the new product catalogue with all products and business rules between products:

analysing, planning, collecting all necessary products, parameters and logics, helping the migration, planning and coordinating the product tests of the new system, test case creation and validation.

I have gained extensive experience on business process analysis in multinational environment during the last 15 years.

These long-term experiences gave me helping hand to create my solution-based “mode of operation” as a business process analyst.

Customer in focus – this is the most important lessons learnt in Business Analysis.

I’ve been involved in B2B sales, marketing, logistics/financial and network operation related IT development projects.

As a BA responsible of the specification of new product development needs on BSS side, introduction of new asset management system, and the support of network operation IT tool improvements.

Aiding process improvement tasks helping discover and optimize process flows I have provided both BA and project management activities at short term developments.

During this time I gained extensive leadership and program management experience in the field of IT integration and test applications and in the field of Cloud infrastructure development.

The internal challenges I faced during my work at large enterprises made me renew my view on the organizational structure and methodology constantly. I consider it important to transfer this knowledge during the consulting projects.

In this tumbling world there is no stop even for a minute - IT sector is trending towards to a "never seen" progress and expansion. Only the fastest responding companies will make the most out of it. I consider it my mission to help our customers understand the importance of this.

During my work I got to know the operation of telecommunications and bank sector as well.

I am currently working as a project manager, but I have gained a lot of experience as an expert before, so I am always happy to be involved in product development, system change or process optimization projects as a business expert.

My main strength is structured and solution-oriented thinking, which is of great help to me in my daily work. In addition, I am eager to learn new things and I am open to new areas.

My goal is to accompany the clients from conception to design and implementation, and to create and develop together.

I started my professional career with the support of small and medium business clients, managing startup companies and solving financing. I am currently engaged in management consulting and business development.

As a Key Account Manager, my goal is to serve the needs of our partners in a comprehensive way, and to develop continuously and collectively over the long term.
